A Beginning

So have become addicted to pinterest, and in following quite a few blogs realized I wanted to try my hand at it.  Goodness knows I have lots to say and very few to listen. 
I am Courtney, a 30 year old married mom of two (one of mine and one by marriage).  I work as a neonatal nurse practitioner.  I love my job but it has its moments. 
I love to cook, bake, sew, try new things.  I am always on the lookout for new things to try with my stepson to make learning fun.  I was introduced to pinterest by some coworkers and I have become addicted. 
My goal in this blog is to get some of the random thoughts out of my head and hopefully share some fun stuff.
